Our Beginning
In October 2011, One Way Apostolic Ministries began with a small, faithful gathering of
about ten people in the home of Pastor Norma Sims. During a powerful moment of worship,
the Lord spoke through Evangelist Kiki Mitchell, confirming that God had a distinct calling
for Pastor Harris.
This prophetic word echoed the very dreams and scriptures the Lord had already been
placing on Pastor Harris’s heart. Seeking divine order and counsel, Pastor Harris met with
her pastor at the time, Bishop Richard E. Morris of the United Church of the First Born.
Bishop Morris immediately confirmed the calling, sharing that the Lord had already
revealed it to him. With holy confirmation and a clear vision, the foundation for One Way
Apostolic Ministries was laid under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Michelle Harris.
Our Journey
The early days of the ministry were marked by rapid growth and divine direction. The
foundational group initially gathered for several weeks and months in a community center
where Pastor Sims—Pastor Harris’s biological mother—resided.
As the fellowship expanded, the Lord moved the congregation to the MAC Center in
Salisbury, Maryland. Following an impactful season there, God opened a new door, leading
the ministry across state lines to settle into a dedicated home at 16 North Penn Avenue in
Delmar, Delaware. Around 2015, the ministry further strengthened its foundational roots by
joining the Apostolic Faith Fellowship International (AFFI).

commitment to the truth of the Word and our passion for ongoing community outreach
have kept the ministry steady and vibrant.
Today, under the continued guidance of Dr. Michelle Harris, we are standing on the
threshold of an exciting new chapter. The Lord is preparing us for one additional move, and
more information about this upcoming transition will be forthcoming soon. We invite you
to grow, worship, and serve into this next season of promise with us.
