Michelle Christopher-Harris,Ph.D.
Spiritual Foundation & Pastoral Leadership
Dr. Michelle Christopher-Harris is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ who has been baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for more than 45 years and filled with the Holy Ghost. Her life and ministry are grounded in Apostolic doctrine, biblical holiness, prayer, and compassionate service.
In November 2011, Dr. Harris answered God's call to pastoral ministry and has since served as Pastor of One Way Apostolic Ministries. Guided by the commission of Luke 4:18, she is committed to preaching the Gospel, making disciples, strengthening families, and demonstrating Christ's love through worship, teaching, outreach, and practical service.
She is also the visionary behind the One Hope Campus, a multi-phase ministry initiative designed to serve the spiritual, emotional, educational, and practical needs of the community. The campus reflects her passion for creating a place where individuals and families can experience hope, healing, discipleship, and holistic support.
Global Ministry & Kingdom Leadership
Dr. Harris is an international conference speaker, teacher, and preacher whose ministry has reached churches and leaders across multiple nations. She is recognized for delivering biblically grounded messages that encourage spiritual growth, restoration, leadership development, and faithful Christian living.
She also serves Apostolic Faith Fellowship International (AFFI) as Executive Administrator of the AFFI Bible Institute and Assistant General Secretary for District One, providing leadership in ministerial education, organizational governance, leadership development, and theological training.
Community Leadership & Professional Excellence
In addition to her pastoral ministry, Dr. Harris is a licensed clinical social worker, educator, executive leader, and organizational strategist with extensive experience developing behavioral health programs, supervising clinicians, strengthening nonprofit organizations, and expanding access to quality mental health services.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hope's Helping Hands, LLC, she has led initiatives that integrate faith, behavioral health, education, and community partnerships to improve the well-being of individuals and families. Her leadership reflects a lifelong commitment to ethical service, professional excellence, collaboration, and compassionate care.
Dr. Harris is widely respected for building sustainable programs, developing community partnerships, mentoring emerging leaders, and creating innovative solutions that strengthen both churches and communities. She believes that ministry extends beyond the sanctuary and that faith should be demonstrated through service that transforms lives.
Education
Dr. Harris earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Health and Human Services. She also holds a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Social Work, and an Associate Degree in Theology. Her academic preparation, combined with decades of ministry and leadership experience, equips her to serve effectively in both faith-based and professional settings.
Personal Mission
Above every title and accomplishment, Dr. Harris considers herself a worshiper, intercessor, servant-leader, and builder of God's Kingdom. Her life's mission is to glorify Jesus Christ by equipping believers, strengthening churches, serving communities, and helping individuals discover hope, healing, purpose, and restoration.
Dr. Harris is joyfully married to her husband, Chuck Harris, and is a grateful mother and grandmother. Together, they remain committed to serving God, their family, and the communities they are called to reach.
